Bill Hews
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Bill Hews joined the company in 2012 as Executive Chairman and currently serves as Chairman and CEO. He is also President of Fideliter Inc, an advisory and investment firm. He began his career at Nortel in finance and moved to progressively senior roles in operations. He then focused on emerging tech and oil & gas companies in executive, advisor, investor and director roles. He has served on public company boards as Chair of Governance, on audit committees, and as Board Chair, and has also served on non-profit health and education-related boards. Bill has an engineering degree from University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
Shane Rogers
Chief Technical Officer
Shane Rogers has been spearheading IntelliView’s innovation milestones since 2013. He brings over 30 years of experience developing and commercializing leading edge technology into high volume commercial products. Prior to IntelliView, he held technical positions of increasing seniority at Bell Northern Research, Nortel Wi-LAN and Novatel Wireless. He holds several patents, was a contributing member of the IEEE 802.16e standard committee and served as a board member of WiMAX Forum.
Gord Edwards
Chief Operating Officer
Gordon Edwards is a business operations professional with 30 years of experience across a broad spectrum of industries, predominantly in the high-tech sector. He has held various executive and senior leadership positions, from strategic planning and business management, to manufacturing, customer service, supply chain, and engineering functions. Gord has an engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Calgary, focusing on new venture creation.
Chris Beadle

Christopher Beadle is a Sales and Marketing professional with over 30 years of experience in elevating revenue and market presence
for the organizations he has served. He holds
a BA and MBA from the University of Toronto
and has held executive positions at TELUS Communications, Bell Canada, and Wi-LAN Inc. Chris joined IntelliView in July of 2011.
Tariq Ahmed
Chief Marketing Officer & Board Advisor
Tariq is an entrepreneur and business professional with over 15 years of experience in key roles of sales, business development, engineering, technology and innovation with Oil and Gas majors National Oilwell Varco and Schlumberger. He holds an engineering degree from Ryerson University, an executive MBA from the University of Toronto and master certificates in Technology Commercialization (from the University Texas) and Petroleum Engineering (Texas A&M). Tariq has actively served on IntelliView’s advisory board since early 2020.
